Free roof inspections

A free roof inspection is the starting point for everything we do. We check the shingles, flashing, vents, edges, valleys, and gutters, look for signs of storm damage or water getting in, and then explain what we found in plain language. There's no cost and no obligation. It's a good idea after any hailstorm or high wind, before buying or selling a home, or when a roof is simply getting older.

Free estimates

If your roof needs work, we'll give you a free estimate based on what your roof actually needs. We'll walk you through the scope and answer your questions so you can compare options and decide on your own schedule.

Roof repair

Not every problem calls for a new roof. Our roof repair work covers leaks, missing or blown-off shingles, worn or loose flashing at chimneys and walls, cracked plumbing vent boots, and damaged roof vents. The goal is to trace a leak back to its real source so the fix holds through the next storm.

Roof replacement

When a roof has reached the end of its life, or damage is spread across too much of it, roof replacement may be the right call. We'll explain the process before any work begins, including how the old roof comes off, how damaged decking is handled, and how ventilation fits into the plan.

If storm damage may be covered by your homeowners policy, we help you understand and document roof damage so you can work with your insurance company. You stay in control of your claim.
